Set a timer for 15 to 30 minutes and make the easy version first. Just get it out of the way so you have a fall back option. Now that you have that, you can get really creative and make the stuff that pushes the boundary a bit. The stuff that gets your heart going. Because you have a safety net of the safe option your brain can be a little more free knowing you have a back up.
